How it works

Using our service is simple.

1. Request a preliminary quote.

Simply send clear photos of the item/s you would like to restore or protect to, book an appointment, or fill out a quote request form.

We will then get back to you with a preliminary quote within 2 working days.

2. Choose a way of getting your item/s to us -

  • Drop off in Sydney CBD (appointment required),

  • Ship your item/s

  • Request a courier pick up.


We will provide you with the details and instructions accordingly and you will need to fill out a drop off form.

3. Once we receive the item/s at our atelier, we shall confirm the work with you and issue an invoice to start the work.

4. Upon completion, we return your item/s to your nominated address, or inform you when the service is complete so you can book in a pick up.
