1. Request a Preliminary Quote
To get started, simply send clear photos of the item(s) you’d like restored or protected to service@therecolab.com.

You can also book an appointment or complete our online quote request form.
We’ll review your request and provide a preliminary quote within 2 business days.

2. Choose How to Send Us Your Item(s)
You can choose one of the following options to get your item(s) to us:

• Drop off at our Sydney CBD location (by appointment only)

• Ship your item(s) to us

• Request a courier pick-up​ (click here to book without preliminary quote)

We’ll send you the necessary details and instructions, along with a drop-off form to complete.

3. Confirmation and Payment
Once we receive your item(s) at our atelier, we’ll confirm the required work  and issue a quote to be confirmed by you. Work will commence once payment is received.

 

4. Completion and Return
When the service is complete, we’ll either return the item(s) to your nominated address or notify you so you can arrange a pick-up.
