How It Works
1. Request a Preliminary Quote
To get started, simply send clear photos of the item(s) you’d like restored or protected to service@therecolab.com.
You can also book an appointment or complete our online quote request form.
We’ll review your request and provide a preliminary quote within 2 business days.
2. Choose How to Send Us Your Item(s)
Once your quote has been approved, you may select one of the following options:
Sydney Office Drop-Off (by appointment only)
Secure Postage to Our Studio
We will provide the relevant instructions, delivery details, and a service form to complete prior to sending or attending your appointment.
3. Confirmation and Payment
Once your item(s) arrive at our atelier, they will undergo a detailed assessment. We will then confirm the recommended scope of work and issue a formal quote for your approval.
Restoration will commence once the quote has been accepted and payment has been received.
4. Completion and Return
Once your restoration is complete, we will notify you accordingly.
Your item(s) will either be securely returned to your nominated address or made available for collection from our Sydney studio by appointment.
Tracking details will be provided for all shipped returns.
