We restore RMs constantly, including a black pair that arrived grey with wear and left our bench looking newer than their owner remembered buying them.

R.M. Williams runs its own repair service, and it's good, but the commonly quoted turnaround is six to eight weeks, because boots queue for the factory. A specialist atelier does craftsman-grade rebuilds in a fraction of that: most RM jobs leave our bench within two to three weeks of arriving, quoted from photos within 2 business days.
